Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. wbet does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which wbet accepts no responsibility.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the satisfactory completion of applicable KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered Member Account. wbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The majority of withdrawal requests via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX are processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Requests involving pending wagering requirements or additional verification may take longer. wbet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before release of funds.
Any bonus funds credited to your Account that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request if the requirements have not been fulfilled.
wbet periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral credits, and VIP loyalty incentives. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion pages and should be read in full prior to claiming.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100% toward the requirement, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion.
wbet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, collusion between members, or any other conduct that wbet determines to be an attempt to manipulate the bonus system. wbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free spins credited to your Account are subject to expiry as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused or unactivated bonus balances that expire will be removed from your Account automatically. wbet is under no obligation to provide notice prior to the expiry of bonus funds.
All sports betting markets on wbet are subject to specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. wbet offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a wide range of sports including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, AFC tournaments, UFC, NBA, and other major sporting competitions. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the accepted odds are fixed for that wager.
wbet reserves the right to void bets where: a manifest pricing error has occurred, the event outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was placed, there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity, or the event is cancelled without rescheduling within a specified period.
All casino and slot games on wbet are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are fully independent of prior results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on individual game information pages. wbet does not influence game outcomes in any way; all results are determined by the underlying game software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
wbet makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or free from errors at all times, though we commit to maintaining a 99.9% uptime target and to resolving technical issues as promptly as reasonably practicable. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
wbet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
wbet is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays, technical failures originating from payment providers, or any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions on our platform.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including Real Money balances, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at wbet's sole discretion. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any available Real Money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.
Members may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Pending KYC verification, any available Real Money balance will be processed for withdrawal to a verified account in the Member's name. Closure requests linked to problem gambling concerns will be treated as self-exclusion requests and handled under our responsible gambling protocols.
